Child Care for Families in Corporate Settings
Your career shouldn't get in the way of giving your child the care and early education they need. High Flyers Child Care offers a program that specifically works with local corporate businesses and settings to offer high-quality child care.
Our Corporate Services
Starting with an assessment of needs, we work closely with you to develop a program for your employees who are parents, including:
- After-school programs
- Back-up care

Our experienced teachers and staff work to create a warm, nurturing environment where your children can participate in safe and fun developmental activities. Your employees will have peace of mind knowing their children are safe in a family-oriented learning environment.
Priority Access
As our corporate partner, your employees will be given priority access to our center. This means they'll move to the front of any waiting list and have first choice of any spaces available in any Playcare center in Oklahoma. The enrollment fee is also waived for all of your employees.
Guaranteed Access
Your company may purchase spaces in our center at 20% OFF the posted tuition price. This ensures there is space available for your employees with no wait, no hassle and no problem. Please note that the state of Oklahoma has a licensed capacity rule and we can never have more children in our building than our licensed capacity allows for.
Each child occupies a slot in our program. You would be ensuring that we would have slots available for your employees for specified days and times. This is especially helpful when it comes to making sure a slot is available for backup care or on Saturdays, when other child care options may not be available.
Backup Care
Your company employees would be eligible for a 10% discount on our services, but they must call ahead to ensure that there are available slots. They would have priority access and move to the front of the waiting list, but no assurance can be made that there would be space at the preferred time.
Before- and after-school care is available, as well as full-day summer camp.

Special Event Care
Child care can be offered during conventions, conferences, parties and other special events. This gives your employees a convenient alternative for families who require care during such events.
Tuition Care
Your company's employees would also be eligible for a 10% discount off our posted tuition for a full-time program. If more than 10 families from your company enroll in a program, they will receive a 15% discount off our full and part-time programs, plus the $5 discount for paying on Monday for the next week.
If your company agrees to corporate pay or payroll deduction, you will be entitled to a 20% discount on our full-time programs.
Subsidy Management
This program combines a child care tuition discount with a subsidy provided by employers, thus further reducing the cost of child care. Subsidies can improve the consistency and quality of care by allowing parents to afford stable and higher quality child care.
On-Site / Near-Site Care
Our staffers will work to meet your company’s specific needs and the needs of your employees’ families. This is done by working alongside you to develop the right plan for your employees from the start and manage everything necessary.
We will prepare and administer a needs assessment along with a complete site analysis. You'll be provided with a center design, cost analysis and ROI analysis. We can provide you with complete site management and operational assistance as well.
